These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to solidrockdigitaltx.com and to inquiries, proposals, and services offered by Solid Rock Digital, an Abilene, TX studio. By using the site or requesting a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who We Are

Website Use
You may browse the site for information about our services. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or unlawful content through the contact form. Sample work shown on the site is illustrative; project scope and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Consultations and Projects
Submitting a form or sending a text is a request for information, not a contract for a build. Paid work starts only after Solid Rock Digital and the client agree on scope and price in writing. Ownership, licensing, hosting, and domain management terms are defined in each client’s written project agreement. Solid Rock Digital retains ownership of its underlying code, software, templates, and managed infrastructure unless otherwise agreed in writing, while clients retain ownership of their brand assets, content, and business data.

By optionally checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or otherwise clearly opting in, you agree that Solid Rock Digital may send 1-to-1 missed-call follow-ups, consultation scheduling, and project updates to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not required to request a consultation or use the website.
